Clergy
Many ministers are taking advantage of coaching to increase their effectiveness within the church and/or to enrich their personal lives. Coaching helps build skills for ministry and helps the minister discover creative resources for handling conflict and congregational challenges. In addition, coaching can help the minister set new goals because coaching is focused on the needs and goals of the minister. When ministers function more effectively, congregations benefit and healthier relationships form—potentially resulting in longer tenure and congregational stability.
